If a download link fails
- 1. Check your email
Find the matching Gumroad purchase email, including your spam folder.
- 2. Open the receipt link again
Use the access link for the pack you bought, then retry the download.
- 3. Tell us what happened
If it still fails, include the pack name, order reference, and your device and browser.
